The RO1-120 Automatic Horizontal Clipping Machine is designed for the fast, efficient and reliable packing of delicate fruit and vegetable products in tubular nets, including apples, tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes and similar fresh produce.

Suitable for net tubes up to 250mm in diameter, the machine automatically closes each pack using metal straps supplied on reels. It is ideal for producing net packs ranging from 0.5kg to 2kg, helping to maintain consistency, speed and a professional finish throughout the packing process.

The machine also features an integrated reel system for inserting tape between each strap, allowing the finished pack to include a practical carry handle. A wine-glass label printer is also fitted, making it easy to apply product or branding labels directly during the packing process.

Robust, efficient and easy to operate, the RO1-120 is a practical solution for fresh produce packaging where gentle handling, strong pack closure and clear product presentation are essential.
